Ordering & delivery

How do I place an order?

Order online through the My Goodness app, or via Uber Eats — every ordering link is on our Find Us page, per venue. You can also order in person at any of our three Melbourne venues.

Do you deliver?

Yes. Delivery is handled by our delivery partner Uber Eats, and availability depends on your address and which venue is closest. Pickup is available at every venue.

How long will my order take, and is there a minimum order?

Delivery times and any minimum order are set per venue and per delivery platform, and are shown at checkout on the platform you order through. For an accurate answer right now, call the venue directly.

Can I order for a big group?

Yes — see our catering and functions page. Catering platters are priced on the menu, and we can build a mix around your headcount.

Menu & dietary

What makes your pizza different?

Our bases use a 24-hour cold-fermented sourdough, hand stretched daily with local Victorian grains and no refined sugar, and a thin base is available. Beef and lamb are grass fed and free from antibiotics and added hormones. Everything is made to order.

Do you have vegan and gluten-friendly options?

Yes. There are vegan and vegetarian pizzas and plant-based burgers on the menu, and a gluten-free base is available on large pizzas. Our dietary and allergen page lists exactly which dishes suit which diet.

Can you guarantee a dish is allergen-free?

No. Everything is made to order in one kitchen where wheat, dairy, egg, soy, sesame and nuts are all in use, so cross-contact is possible. Tell the venue about your allergy when you order.

How big is the menu?

There are 84 dishes across 22 categories — traditional and gourmet pizzas, beef and chicken burgers, plant-based burgers, salads, sides, wings and ribs, shakes, juices and drinks.

What are your opening hours?

Opening hours are listed per venue on our Find Us page. Where a venue has none shown, please call it directly — the numbers are on the same page.

Is there parking?

The Melbourne CBD venue is opposite the Ritz-Carlton and within metres of Southern Cross Station, and Southbank is centrally located on City Rd — both are easiest to reach on public transport.

Do you have somewhere to sit outside?

Yes. Melbourne CBD has a large heated beer garden, and Southbank has an outside beer garden and an upstairs dining area.

Do you do gelato?

Yes — My Goodness Gelateria at 637 Lonsdale St makes real gelato onsite, 100% natural with premium ingredients, including classic favourites, OMG specials, gelato pops and take-home tubs.

OMG Club

What is the OMG Club?

Our free loyalty programme. You get free fries when you join, member-only offers, invitations to member-only events and a birthday treat.

How do I join, and what does it cost?

It is free. Sign up through the My Goodness app, then scan your OMG membership barcode each time you order to earn rewards.
